Mallory Is the Closing Agent at Lamar Smith Homes. Mallory manages the contract to close process. She is a Savannah native and has worked in new construction since 2013 and in real estate since 2009. Her attentiveness to each homebuyer helps ensure that there is no lack of communication between the office, sales team, builder team, lenders, and closing attorney's offices. She enjoys the family-like environment of Lamar Smith Homes and being part of a company that is dedicated to quality and excellence. In September of 2017, Mallory welcomed a beautiful baby boy, Eli. Their family enjoys the new adventure and happiness that Eli brings every day, in addition to trips to the beach or pool, cooking, and any activity outdoors.
